It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of James Martin on May 14, 2025, at the age of 68. James was a beloved husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and a dear friend to many.

Born on April 30, 1957, James lived a life full of warmth, integrity, and quiet strength. He spent his years dedicated to his family, his work, and his community. Known for his generous spirit and calming presence, James always had time to lend a helping hand or offer wise words when needed most.
James had a deep love for music, nature, and storytelling. Whether it was sharing old memories over tea, playing his favorite records, or tending to the garden he loved so much, he brought comfort and joy to everyone around him.

He leaves behind his wife, Margaret; children, Sarah and Michael; and grandchildren, Emily and Jack — along with countless friends and relatives who will continue to honor his memory in their hearts.
A memorial service will be held in London (details to follow), where family and friends will gather to celebrate James’s life and legacy.
